Chelsea FC chief John Terry denies stories of bust-up with Rafael Benitez - Crunchsports.com

Chelsea captain John Terry has ignored studies indicating there's a between him and interim boss Rafael Benitez. Reports early in the day this year suggested the couple had clashed within the defender's knee injury, whilst the Spaniard recently announced that the centre-back is no longer a guaranteed starter at Stamford Bridge. But Terry demands he is ready to push his long ago in to Benitez's first-team plans and takes his staff selections. "There is a huge large amount of speculation, right now. I did maybe not speak out from the manager at all. I am fit, have already been fit, and that is the case," he toldASky Sports. "We have now been working together on it field. I would skip the game, however, if the director chooses one other people before me, that is totally appropriate by me and I'll continue to work hard in teaching and await my opportunity, like I did against Fulham and past games as well. "I am the greatest promoter if I'm playing or not playing - I am completely behind the group. "People are trying to result in a rift between myself and Rafa, but there just isn't one. They will perhaps not get between us, or the participants, or the team at the soccer club." Terry is uncertain whether he'll perform any part inAChelsea's sport at Liverpool on Sunday, but is preparing to support his team-mates because they check out secure Champions League qualification. "I wish to play in most the games, obviously, that's the same for each player," he added. "But at once, I realize that we've got a lot of big games and if he really wants to choose David [Luiz] and Iva [Branislav Ivanovic], they've been playing good so I've no qualms about that at all. "[Cesar] Azpilicueta has been exceptional at right-back as well, so yet again, if I am not selected, of course I need to play, but at the same time I'll be completely behind the lads, the team and the manager to secure us at least final spot for the Champions League spot."
