Person caught in West Bromwich lake killing probe - expressandstar.com

A man has been today arrested by detectives investigating the death of a West Bromwich man on suspicion of murder. The 44 year-old was arrested in experience of the death of Jasbir Singh Bains aged 41, in Dartmouth Park in November 2012. Am today representatives from Force CID made the arrest in Sailsbury Road, West Bromwich at 7:45. The man has been taken fully to a station for questioning. Mr Bains' human body was found floating in the lake at Dartmouth Park, West Bromwich on the day of November 28 a year ago. A post mortem revealed he died from neck injuries and a murder inquiry was launched. Investigator Inspector Warren Hines, who's leading the inquiry,Asaid: "The investigation is continuing in to Jasbir's death. The question has proved challenging due to the scene being rural and lack of clear objective but we are continuing to make continuous questions and several addresses in the West Bromwich region will undoubtedly be explored over the coming days."
