Report: Victor Henderson Unlikely to Have Offer Page, Likely to Remain a Giant in '13

Right before free agency started, the New York Giants put a tender on Victor Cruz. With the first-round tender, if any staff needed to sign Cruz, they'd have to submit their first-round choose in the 2013 NFL draft to the Giants.
