Tampa Bay Lightning Name Jon Cooper Head Instructor, Changing Man Boucher

The Tampa Bay Lightning have named Jon Cooper to be the next head coacha'less than 48 hours after releasing Guy Boucher of the positioning. He is the eighth instructor in business history and inherits a young, gifted group that has a big hole (six items out of eighth place) to rise out of if they're likely to make the playoffs this season. Cooper was promoted from within the business. He was the coach of the Lightningas American Hockey League internet since 2010. His (former) Syracuse Crunch team currently leads the AHL with a 39-18-8 record and boasts the leagueas best offense (218 targets). Per the Lightningas standard launch, Cooperas first game while the seat manager is going to be on March 29 from the New Jersey Devils. Syracuse secretary Rob Zettler can take over the head coaching duties for the Crunch. Tampa Bay has 16 games left this season and are still 13-18-1.
